drip

Open to all levels, this is drip’s signature class that’s designed to make you move. The instructor will guide you through several vinyasa style sequences, each repeated three times. The 1st time through the sequence, the instructor will take it slow and break down the alignment and benefits of each posture. The 2nd and 3rd time through, you will repeat the same sequence but this time linking breath to movement at a quicker pace. This class includes dynamic flows that will have you utilizing all four corners of your mat. The beat of the music will help drive breath and power your flow.

The studio is heated to 90-95 degrees using state-of-the-art infrared technology. This helps create a detoxifying sweat that stimulates blood circulation and increases flexibility.  The room is dark to create privacy and allow you to move inward. The music will be bumping to create the vibe. *Some athletic experience recommended

slow drip

Open to all levels (beginner friendly), this vinyasa class links mindful movement to breath as we simultaneously build muscle and stretch the body. slow drip consists of vinyasa style sequences, each repeated three times. This class is beginner friendly giving you time to focus on foundation and alignment. The goal is to slow down your practice so you can be more intentional and soak up what you need, and drip (sweat) out what you don’t.

Advanced yogis - with slower movements comes time for longer holds, challenging binds, and inversions. Slow does not always equal easy, and we love that each yogi can choose their own adventure in this class with the option to focus on foundation or turn it up a notch.

pump

Open to all levels, this sculpt class has a strong focus on strength and intensity while including free weights and cardio. This format combines the yoga we love with the strength training we crave. This class will get your heart beating and your blood pumping.

hot

Open to all levels, this class combines the meditative practices of hot yoga with the strengthening of power yoga. This perfect combo will challenge your balance, work your core, and increase your flexibility. This class is just as peaceful as it is challenging. The juxtaposition is so juicy.

The studio is heated to 105 degrees using state-of-the-art infrared technology. This helps create a detoxifying sweat that stimulates blood circulation and increases flexibility. The room is dark to create privacy and allow you to move inward. The music will be bumping to create the vibe.

pause

Open to all levels, this is a gentle, restorative yoga class. PAUSE incorporates a chill atmosphere with lofi beats and a blanket to cozy up to. Expect to release tension in your body, while relaxing your mind through meditation. Restorative postures will be held for a few minutes at a time, offering space to find your deepest practice. Hit the pause button with us as we let go of the busy day and melt into our mats.

Class is heated to a warm 80-85 degrees. Blocks, blankets and straps will be provided but feel free to bring your own bolsters, or anything else, to deepen your practice.
